What we process
Data you provide in the form or by email: name, email, phone, the content of your message and attached documents.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to handle your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract) and, if you place an order, to perform it and meet our legal obligations.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Documents related to an order are kept for the period required by law.
Recipients
We share data only with people involved in handling your order (translators, notaries, couriers) and with our email provider, Google Workspace.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and contains no third-party tracking code.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
